Our service includes installation and lifetime maintenance. You are responsible for ensuring that the installation area is safe and prepared for our team.

4.3 Product Warranty

We offer a 2 week warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

4.4 Availability

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Payment

Payments are processed through Square. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method.

5.3 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. You will receive an email with delivery and setup details.

5.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order for a full refund. Refunds for cancellations after 24 hours will be at our discretion.

6. Lifetime Leasing (For Commercial Clients)

6.1 Scope of Service

Lifetime leasing includes free maintenance and replacement for the leased shelving units. This service is subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with usage guidelines.

6.2 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate lifetime leasing agreements in cases of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our intellectual property and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
